WUBAF Empowers Local Entrepreneur With Oven Donation In Jasikan

The Wonadem UBA Foundation (WUBAF) continues to make meaningful strides in community development and empowerment through impactful outreach initiatives. On April 11, 2026, the Foundation carried out a successful donation exercise in Jasikan, aimed at supporting sustainable livelihood development.

Supporting Dreams Through Action

In line with its mission of promoting self-reliance, compassion, and economic empowerment, WUBAF presented a double-door gas oven to Madam Rejoyce Twumwa, a resident of Jasikan. The donation is intended to support her in establishing a bakery business, creating a pathway toward financial independence and stability.

Although Madam Rejoyce is not a member of the Foundation, her situation was carefully considered, reflecting WUBAF’s commitment to extending help beyond its membership to individuals genuinely in need.

A Gathering of Purpose and Unity

Members of the Foundation assembled at the Anglican Primary School at 2:00 PM before proceeding to the beneficiary’s residence. The event officially began with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Lornam Agbaglo Fugah, setting a tone of gratitude and unity.

Ms. Emmanuella Ama Bleboo welcomed members and highlighted the importance of collective efforts in transforming lives through small but impactful acts of kindness.

Leadership-Driven Impact

The donation was made on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, Edem Edem Michael Forgive Uba Akpeleasi (Sir UBA), whose leadership continues to inspire WUBAF’s mission of uplifting communities and creating opportunities for growth.

Through this initiative, the Foundation reinforces its belief that empowerment is most effective when individuals are equipped with practical tools to build sustainable livelihoods.

Gratitude and Hope for the Future

Madam Rejoyce Twumwa expressed heartfelt appreciation to God, the leadership of WUBAF, Sir UBA, and all members present. She shared her optimism about the future, noting that the oven will serve as a vital stepping stone toward achieving her entrepreneurial goals.

Fellowship and Reflection

The event concluded with a closing prayer led by Madam Vida Kpedzroku. Members later gathered for refreshment and fellowship, strengthening bonds and reflecting on the impact of their collective efforts.

Advancing WUBAF’s Mission

This outreach embodies the core values of the Wonadem UBA Foundation:

WUBAF remains committed to transforming lives, inspiring hope, and building resilient communities. Initiatives like this continue to demonstrate the Foundation’s dedication to sustainable development and social impact.

The Foundation extends sincere appreciation to Great GOSUBA, Sir UBA, and all members whose contributions made this initiative a success.
