CUSTARD ICE CREAM PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS
Custard Powder, Powdered Milk, Evaporated Milk, Condensed Milk, Vanilla Flavour, Sugar, Rubber for Packaging.
TOOLS: Saucepan, Rubber Bowl
PREPARATION
- Fetch water into a saucepan and heat it on a source of fire.
- Mix Custard Powder with normal water
- Add some amount of hot water to the mixture and stir.
- Fetch 1 litre of hot water into a rubber bowl and dilute it with 250g of the powdered milk.
- Add the evaporated milk and stir well.
- Add the condensed milk and stir.
- Add sugar to taste.
- And lastly add the vanilla flavour.
- Package it into a plastic rubber or disposable cups and refrigerate.
- Your Custard Ice Cream is ready now.
NB: We do the stirring in one direction.
