CUSTARD ICE CREAM PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS


Custard Powder, Powdered Milk, Evaporated Milk, Condensed Milk, Vanilla Flavour, Sugar, Rubber for Packaging.


TOOLS: Saucepan, Rubber Bowl


                                                                                        PREPARATION


  • Fetch water into a saucepan and heat it on a source of fire.
  • Mix Custard Powder with normal water
  • Add some amount of hot water to the mixture and stir.
  • Fetch 1 litre of hot water into a rubber bowl and dilute it with 250g of the powdered milk.
  • Add the evaporated milk and stir well.
  • Add the condensed milk and stir.
  • Add sugar to taste.
  • And lastly add the vanilla flavour.
  • Package it into a plastic rubber or disposable cups and refrigerate.
  • Your Custard Ice Cream is ready now.


NB: We do the stirring in one direction.
