MANGO ICE CREAM PREPARATION


INGREDIENTS:

Fresh Mangoes,

Condensed Milk,

Powdered Milk,

Pure Yoghurt,


TOOLS

Blender, Knife.


PREPARATION

  1.  Wash the mangoes thoroughly with water.
  2. Peel off the cover of the mango with a knife and cut the flesh into pieces.
  3.  Dilute the powdered milk with 1.5 litres of hot water.
  4. Place the chopped mango, the diluted milk powder, condensed milk and the pure yoghurt into a blender and blend under high speed until the mixture become smooth.
  5.  Package the product into disposable cups and refrigerate.
