MANGO ICE CREAM PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Mangoes,
Condensed Milk,
Powdered Milk,
Pure Yoghurt,
TOOLS
Blender, Knife.
PREPARATION
- Wash the mangoes thoroughly with water.
- Peel off the cover of the mango with a knife and cut the flesh into pieces.
- Dilute the powdered milk with 1.5 litres of hot water.
- Place the chopped mango, the diluted milk powder, condensed milk and the pure
yoghurt into a blender and blend under high speed until the mixture become
smooth.
- Package the product into disposable cups and refrigerate.
NB: We do the stirring in one direction
