THEY DOUBTED ME BUT I ROSE ANYWAY

THEY DOUBTED ME BUT I ROSE ANYWAY

I was just a young girl from Adidokpoe, with no parents, no advisor, with no one to lead me. Life did not hand me anything. I had to fight for everything on my own.

When others were being guided, I was guiding myself.

When others had help, I had only hope. When others had support, I had only strength.

By the time I was 18 years old, something happened that surprised everyone including myself. I was appointed as the Queen of my hometown.

People talked.

They whispered:

“She’s too young.”

“She has no advisor.”

“She can’t lead this town.”

But I didn't become a Queen by accident, I became A Queen by survival.

I became a Queen because I knew pain and I still chose purpose.

In the beginning, I had no one to guide me, no Queen Mother, no Mentor, no Counselor, but God sees, and God provides.

He brought someone from nowhere, a man popularly known as SIR UBA ( EDEM EDEM MICHAEL FORGIVE UBA AKPELEASI ). And I now call him my special mentor, He wasn’t part of any plan, He didn’t come with fame or title. But he became a source of wisdom, peace and direction.

So I say this to every young person who feels alone, Even if you have no parents, Even if you have no support, Even if no one believes in you, God is watching, God is working.

Today, I wear the crown not just on my head, but in my heart.

I lead not with power, but with purpose.

I represent not perfection, but possibility.

Let them doubt, Let them watch, But let me rise and keep rising.

I am Mama Tsorfor III and I am a proof that you don’t need everything to become something.
