Catering Department

Mandate: To provide quality catering services, nutrition support, and food logistics for all foundation activities and humanitarian programs.


Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and supervise food and refreshments for foundation programs, events, outreach activities, and official gatherings.

Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in all catering operations.

Collaborate with the Welfare and Agriculture Departments to support feeding programs, donations, and community nutrition projects.

Develop menus and dietary plans that consider age, health conditions, and cultural relevance where necessary.

Manage catering equipment, consumables, stock, and budget with accountability and cost-effectiveness.

Train volunteers and catering assistants on hygiene, food handling, and kitchen management.

Maintain records of food usage, expenses, and inventory, and present periodic reports to leadership.

Coordinate catering logistics for large events, ensuring timely preparation and distribution of meals.
