Mandate: To promote musical development, talent growth, and artistic excellence within the foundation and the community.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and train music groups such as choir, bands, and instrumental teams for foundation programs and events.
• Identify, mentor, and develop musical talents, especially among the youth and children.
• Plan music-related workshops, rehearsals, and capacity-building sessions.
• Collaborate with the Arts & Culture Department for performances, festivals, and creative projects.
• Produce foundation anthems, theme songs, and soundtracks for official programs when required.
• Preserve musical standards, discipline, and uniformity in all performances.
• Support the Media Department with musical content for documentaries, campaigns, and social outreach.
