ABELE ICE CREAM PREPARATION

*INGREDIENTS


All Purpose Flour, Margarine, Powdered Milk, Condensed Milk, Evaporated Milk,

Vanilla Flavour, Disposable Cup, Chewing Stick, Salt, Sugar.


 *TOOLS


Saucepan, Rubber Bowl/Bucket.


 *PREPARATIONS


1. In a saucepan,mix the flour with water and place it on fire for porridge

preparation.


2. Add a pinch of salt to the mixture when it is about to boil.


3. Add some amount of margarine to the mixture on fire to dissolve.


4. Take it off the fire and allow to cool down.


5. Dilute the powdered milk with 1.5 litres of hot water.


6. Add sugar to the solution to taste and add the solution to the porridge.


7. Add the evaporated milk and stir well.


8. Add the condensed milk and stir.


9. Add sugar to taste if it is not enough (optional).


10. And lastly add the vanilla flavour.


11. Your abele ice cream is ready now.


12. Package your product into disposable cups and place chewing stick in each cups.


NB: WE DO THE STIRRING IN ONE DIRECTION.
