Objective:
The Wonadem UBA Foundation's outreach program aims to build bridges within the Breman Asabiem community by providing essential services, promoting social cohesion, and demonstrating love and care through various initiatives. The program will focus on education, healthcare, community development, skill training and youth empowerment, aligning with the foundation's mission to improve the quality of life for underprivileged communities.
Background:
Breman Asabiem is a vibrant community in the Central Region of Ghana, facing challenges such as limited access to quality education, healthcare facilities, and economic opportunities. The Wonadem UBA Foundation has identified this community as a key area for intervention, aiming to make a positive impact through targeted outreach initiatives.
Target Community:
Breman Asabiem, a rural community in the Central Region of Ghana, with a population of approximately 2,000 people. The community faces challenges such as limited access to quality education, healthcare facilities, and economic opportunities.
Program Objectives:
1. Provide Essential Services: Offer medical screening, health education, and distribute essential healthcare resources to community members.
2. Empower Youth and Women: Conduct skills training sessions and workshops to enhance employability and promote economic growth.
3. Support Education: Donate educational materials and resources to local schools, and provide mentorship to students.
4. Foster Community Engagement: Organize community events and activities that promote social cohesion, unity, and a sense of belonging.
