Representatives from The Wonadem UBA Foundation
(WUBAF) gathered to pay their final respects and offer support to their
esteemed member, Ms. Bernice Achea, and her family during the funeral service
of her beloved mother, Madam Victoria Aku Amenuvor.
The funeral service,
held at Sokpoe, Sogakope in the Volta Region on November 8, 2025, was a
poignant celebration of life, her contributions, and the lasting impact she had
on her family, friends, and community.
Among the notable mourners were Wonadem UBA
Foundation, Queens and Kings of Eʋe Blema Kɔnu, members of Philadelphia
Movement, and well-wishers from all walks of life. Members of WUBAF joined
family and friends to honor Madam Victoria Aku Amenuvor's memory and provide
strong support for Ms. Bernice Achea and her family during this difficult time.
The Foundation's presence offered comfort and support
to the bereaved family, serving as a testament to their love and care for Ms.
Bernice Achea's commitment and dedication to WUBAF's activities. An official
donation was made to the bereaved member to cushion her in this distressing
time
Members from the catering, media, and civil
engineering departments joined the family from Wednesday to Saturday, with the
civil engineering department handling the lighting, catering providing food,
and media capturing memories. The SIR UBA EMPIRE, WUBAF Executives, and
membership extend their deepest sympathies and prayers to Ms. Bernice Achea,
praying that Madam Victoria Aku Amenuvor's legacy lives on.
