The Wonadem UBA Foundation (WUBAF) proudly
joined family, friends, well-wishers, and loved ones on Saturday, 15th August
2026, to celebrate the marriage of its member, Mr. Gilbert Sallah, and
his wife.
The celebration was a beautiful reflection of WUBAF’s
commitment to love, unity, fellowship, and member support, as members
came together to share in the joy of one of their own.
The wedding ceremony commenced at 12:30 p.m. at
the Global Evangelical Church, Aflao, with prayers, followed by the
exchange of vows and rings as Mr. Gilbert Sallah and his wife were formally
joined in holy matrimony.
The service featured prayers, heartfelt wishes, and
joyful moments as family, friends, and WUBAF members gathered to witness the
union.
A major highlight of the celebration was the WUBAF
JAMA performance.
Members delivered a vibrant display of music and dance
that energized the reception and entertained guests. The performance showcased
the cultural spirit, unity, and togetherness that continue to define the WUBAF
family.
WUBAF demonstrated its support for the newlyweds
through the contributions of various departments and zones.
The WUBAF Aflao Zone presented a citation
recognizing Mr. Gilbert Sallah’s hard work, dedication, and commitment.
The WUBAF Welfare Department also presented the
appropriate benefits to the newlyweds on behalf of the Foundation, following
Mr. Sallah’s qualification for the benefits.
The WUBAF Catering Department played an
important role in the success of the reception. Members arrived ahead of the
programme to assist with kitchen preparations, food arrangements, and general
organization, helping to ensure that guests were served efficiently.
A Strong Show of Membership and Unity
Approximately 30 WUBAF members attended the
celebration to support their brother on his special day.
Members participated in the reception, joined the
newlyweds for group photographs, and shared memorable moments with family and
friends.
Their presence demonstrated WUBAF’s strong culture of membership
participation, teamwork, friendship, and mutual support.
The reception featured good food, drinks, music,
dancing, speeches, prayers, champagne popping, and the cutting of the wedding
cake.
The program concluded at 5:30 p.m., with WUBAF
members departing at approximately 6:00 p.m.
WUBAF extends its heartfelt congratulations to Mr.
and Mrs. Sallah as they begin this beautiful journey together.
May their marriage be filled with love, peace,
