On February 28, 2026, members of Wonadem UBA Foundation (WUBAF) gathered in Akuapem, located in the Eastern Region, to support one of our cherished members during the funeral of their beloved mother.

The occasion was more than a funeral gathering—it was a powerful reflection of the Foundation’s core values: love, unity, care, comfort, and restoring hope. Members traveled from different zones across Ghana, demonstrating that WUBAF is not just an organization but a family that stands together in every season of life.

A Journey of Solidarity

From the early hours of the morning, WUBAF members began arriving in Akuapem with one purpose—to stand with their fellow member during a difficult moment.

Despite traveling long distances, the commitment and unity displayed by members were remarkable. Their presence alone conveyed a heartfelt message: no member of WUBAF faces grief alone.

This show of solidarity reaffirmed the Foundation’s culture of togetherness and mutual support.

Catering Team: Serving with Compassion

The WUBAF Catering Team played a significant role in the event by providing food and refreshment services for guests.

Their dedication ensured that mourners and family members were well catered for throughout the occasion. This service extended beyond hospitality—it was compassion in action.

By helping to provide meals for guests, the team helped ease the burden on the grieving family, allowing them to focus on honoring the life and legacy of their loved one.

Media Team: Preserving Memories with Dignity

The WUBAF Media Team was also present to respectfully document meaningful moments during the funeral.
