WUBAF Shows Love and Support to Member Undergoing Treatment in Kpetoe

The Wonadem UBA Foundation (WUBAF) has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to compassion, unity, and member welfare through a heartfelt visit to one of its cherished members, Mr. Johnson Korsi Adenyo, at Kpetoe in the Volta Region of Ghana.

On 21st April 2026, the Foundation, through its Ho Zone, paid a compassionate visit to Mr. Adenyo, who has been unwell for some time and is currently under the care of Mr. and Mrs. Nuseli Akpeleasi. The visit reflected WUBAF’s enduring mission of standing by its members not only during moments of celebration, but also in times of difficulty and need.

The delegation, made up of Mr. Moses Amenorpe, Mr. Godwin Demson Agor, Mr. Elikplim Butsormekpor, and Ms. Bernice Achea, departed Ho at exactly 3:35 PM and arrived in Kpetoe at 4:15 PM. Their dedication and timely arrival highlighted the Foundation’s strong sense of responsibility and genuine concern for the wellbeing of fellow members.

Upon arrival, the delegation was warmly welcomed by the host family. The visit commenced with an opening prayer, creating a spiritual atmosphere centered on hope, faith, and healing. Speaking on behalf of the Foundation and its leadership, Mr. Moses Amenorpe conveyed heartfelt messages of encouragement and support from WUBAF and its CEO. He assured Mr. Adenyo that the Foundation stands firmly with him during this challenging period and encouraged him to remain steadfast in faith and trust in the healing mercies of the Great GOSUBA.

As part of the Foundation’s commitment to practical support, a presentation was made on behalf of the Founders, Mr. and Mrs. Edem Michael Forgive UBA Akpeleasi. Ms. Bernice Achea presented assorted fruits, tea provisions, and a cash donation of GHC 700.00 to support Mr. Adenyo’s medical needs and contribute toward his recovery.

Deeply touched by the gesture, Mr. Adenyo expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Founders, the leadership, and the entire WUBAF family for their kindness, prayers, and unwavering support. He offered prayers and blessings for the continued growth and success of the Foundation.

In the true spirit of love and togetherness, the host family extended warm hospitality to the delegation, who shared a meal of fufu and groundnut soup with local chicken. The fellowship strengthened the bond among members and reaffirmed the Foundation’s identity as one united family built on care, compassion, and service.

The visit concluded with a closing prayer by Ms. Bernice Achea and a benediction by Mr. Nuseli, committing Mr. Adenyo’s healing and wellbeing into God’s hands. The delegation departed Kpetoe at 6:17 PM and arrived safely back in Ho at 7:55 PM, grateful for a successful and impactful mission.

The Wonadem UBA Foundation remains deeply committed to supporting the aged, the sick, and the vulnerable within society and among its members. This visit stands as another powerful reflection of the Foundation’s guiding values of love, unity, compassion, and selfless service.
