Beloved WUBAF Family,
Happy New Year to you and your loved ones. As we cross into 2026, may this year bring
you renewed strength, fresh grace, and open doors to live out the vision of “we
love, we care, we comfort” in even deeper and broader ways.
The past years have shown that the world can be
uncertain and demanding, yet you have continued to stand with resilience,
compassion, and commitment to the needy, the broken, and the overlooked. Let 2026 be a year where you intentionally
choose hope over fear, courage over timidity, and purpose over mere routine,
knowing that your small acts of love are making a big difference in lives and
communities.
Make a personal resolution this year to
grow—spiritually, emotionally, professionally, and in service. Decide on at least one new skill you will
acquire or deepen in 2026, whether in leadership, counselling, project
management, communication, fundraising, or digital tools, so that you can serve
more effectively and confidently wherever WUBAF sends you. Be deliberate: set clear goals, write them
down, and review them prayerfully and regularly.
In moments when challenges arise—family pressures,
financial constraints, health issues, or weariness from serving—remember why
WUBAF exists and why you chose to be part of this family. Choose not to give up on yourself, on others,
or on the vision; instead, lean on God, lean on one another, and allow every
trial to refine your character, deepen your empathy, and strengthen your faith.
You are not just volunteers; you are carriers of
comfort, hope, and transformation in this generation. Walk through 2026 with your heart full of
love, your mind open to learn, your hands ready to serve, and your spirit
anchored in God’s faithfulness, believing that the stories of lives touched
through WUBAF this year will exceed your expectations. [library]
